The Food Laboratory of Plantec, performs quality control in foods, in natura or processed. In particular biological matrices (poultry, pigs, horses, cattle, sheep and fish), eggs, honey and milk.

Aiming to meet the market requirements, the food laboratory has the know-how to developing analytical methods meeting the normative EUROPEAN UNION 657, INMETRO and MAPA.
